For those seeking a simpler, more intimate option, our Private Goodbye Package offers a respectful and cost-effective alternative. While more modest in scope, it still upholds the highest standards of compassion and professionalism, allowing families to say goodbye in a meaningful way without compromising on the quality of care or dignity.

Crematorium, church or burial costs are not included and prices vary based on location and venue. We can provide detailed information on what is available and work with you to find the best option to suit your budget and needs.

Personal Planning – Compassionate and hands on guidance from our founder, Liz from start to finish

Collection and Preparation – Your loved one will be taken into our care and looked after with the utmost dignity at our facilities in Lewisham, following your wishes for clothing and personal touches

Ceremony Planning- Liz can lead the ceremony as your officiant at no extra cost, creating a highly personal service including music

Chapel of Rest Visit – The option to spend quiet time with your loved one at our funeral home in Grove Park

Funeral Arrangements – All paperwork and logistics taken care of on your behalf

Handmade Coffin – Bespoke and handmade light oak veneered coffin made by Bradnam Joinery

Flowers- a beautiful spray of wild flowers to sit on top of the coffin, created Forest in Deptford

Orders of Service – Thirty printed booklets with two photos and a range of design choices

Final Journey – a hearse to take your loved one to the church or crematorium and pallbearers to carry them into the chapel

Ashes – Ashes collected on your behalf, placed in a biodegradable urn and hand delivered back to you (within London)

Expanded Floral Packages, gifts and favours - Our partner Forest offers bespoke floral arrangements and seasonal displays, along with keepsakes like memory cards, candles, or seed packets to honour your loved one’s story.

Coffin Upgrades - A selection of alternative styles and finishes, all handmade by Bradnam Joinery, including natural wood, painted options, and eco-friendly materials.

Additional Transport - We can arrange extra vehicles, including limousines and accessible transport, to suit your needs. A horse drawn hearse with black or white horses and a matching carriage is also available.

Masonry - We work with a trusted stonemason in Catford in South East London to provide plaques, headstones, inscriptions, and restoration. There's no pressure to decide right away; we're here to help whenever you're ready.

Wake Planning and Venue Coordination - We can help organise a warm, respectful gathering after the service, including venue, catering, and setup. A complimentary guest book is also available for messages and memories.

Audio Visual - We’ll help you to create a photo tribute for the ceremony. We also offer live streaming so those unable to attend can still be part of the service.

All Faiths and Beliefs - We are fully inclusive and welcome and accommodate all religious traditions, spiritual practices, and secular ceremonies, your values and rituals will be honoured with care.

Burial Support - If you’re planning a burial, we can help with everything from grave booking and interment arrangements to sourcing a church or venue and a trusted officiant to lead the service.

Symbolic Touches - Dove releases, live music, or other meaningful gestures, we’re happy to help arrange anything that brings comfort and connection.

Home Visit - We can also arrange for your loved one to be brought to your home in London for a private farewell, if that feels right for you

Repatriation - Whether you're bringing a loved one home to London or planning a farewell abroad, we offer a complete repatriation service. From transport and paperwork to liaising with overseas authorities, we handle every step with care, dignity, and professionalism.

Our Private Goodbye Package

This simple funeral package provides a respectful direct cremation in South East London. While the cremation itself is unattended, families and friends are welcome to spend time visiting their loved one in our care prior to the cremation. Every aspect is managed with personal attention and compassionate care, ensuring dignity and comfort.

Chapel of Rest Visit – Our package includes the chance to spend quiet time with your loved one at our funeral home in Grove Park before the cremation takes place with the option of a small, low key ceremony with music and blessings (with up to 10 people gathered in an intimate setting in the chapel, and led by Liz)

Cremation Arrangements – All paperwork and cremation fees are covered, handled at a trusted South London crematorium of our choice

A Dignified Farewell – Your loved one is conveyed in a simple, handmade coffin hand crafted by Bradnam Joinery.
